ESMO24 - Geen betere OS met cabozantinib plus atezolizumab versus nieuwe hormonale therapie bij mCRPC
Een combinatie van cabozantinib plus atezolizumab liet in een eerdere analyse van de CONTACT-02-studie een significant betere progressievrije overleving zien ten opzichte van een tweede nieuwe hormonale therapie bij patiënten met gemetastaseerd, castratieresistent prostaatcarcinoom en extrapelviene wekedelenmetastasen. “De algehele overleving, de tweede primaire uitkomstmaat, was echter niet verschillend tussen beide studiearmen”, zei dr.
