ESMO24 - ctDNA-clearance geassocieerd met een gunstige uitkomst na neoadjuvante behandeling bij spierinvasieve blaaskanker
Resultaten van de VOLGA-studie laten zien dat ctDNA-clearance na neoadjuvante behandeling met durvalumab, tremelimumab en enfortumab vedotin geassocieerd is met een pathologisch complete respons en relatief lange eventvrije overleving bij patiënten met spierinvasieve blaaskanker die niet in aanmerking komen voor behandeling met cisplatine. Deze resultaten werden tijdens het ESMO Congress 2024 gepresenteerd door dr. Alexandra Drakaki (Los Angeles, Verenigde Staten).
